Hotel a Lake City

“We had a room with a hot tub. Vent didnt work and room steamed up, was extremely humid and uncomfortable. Dont get a room with hot tub!”

“This was a very nice property. Rooms nice and clean. Staff have excellent customer service. Casino had plenty of options. Only downside was the water slides were closed early. And the pool doesn’t open until 5pm during the week. We were on spring break and wished there was more pool time. Bowling was fun. ”

“I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep.”

“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

“Well maintained hotel. Quiet night's sleep even next to the highway and a railroad. The pool was surprisingly warm and very clean. The hot tub was very toasty. Good value. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Rooms are getting old and need improvements. Paid through Expedia then charged $4.89 additional at check in for parking lot maintenance. Breakfast okay, nothing special. Elevator sounds like you are going to get stuck. Prices are high for the quality. ”

“ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”

“The room is dimly lit. Wwhen your eyesight isn’t great low lighting is hard to see in. Hard to see in the bathroom or in the entryway. Consider using brighter bulbs. ”

“Great place for Mayo access and caretaking. They are wheelchair accessible and have wheelchairs available for use. We saw the Mayo shuttle, but didn't use it. Lots of choices and little extras for breakfast, like different types of cream cheese and sprinkles for waffles. Cheerful friendly staff. ”
